Teresa Taylor, Temecula Mass Choir Director

This year the Temecula Mass Choir is under the direction of Teresa Taylor, Worship Pastor at the Rock Church of Temecula Valley. Teresa Taylor is a songwriter/vocalist/musician/performer/producer who has been directly involved in Christian music most of her life. She has been called the “best kept secret in Christian music”. Teresa and her ensemble rocked the house last year at Gospel Fest. You will be blessed!

Since receiving her music degree, she has worked in various churches as music director in Florida, Maryland and California. She has ministered at well known crusades and conferences and on television and radio. She has also been involved in many national music ministry conferences, teaching seminars on the art of songwriting, choral directing, piano/keyboard techniques, vocal techniques and computer sequencing.

Teresa has worked alongside great Christian artists such as: Andrae Crouch, Mary Mary, Kurt Carr, Deniece Williams, Tata Vega, Brent Jones, Ricky Grundy, Tonex, Jonathan Pierce, Bill and Renee Morris, Shawn Tubbs, Geron Davis, Janice Sjostrand, Vickie Yohe, Carman, Caleb Quay, Deezer D, Ron Kenoly, Lindell Cooley, Chris Falson, Michael Tait, Gloria Gaither, Lanny Wolfe, Pat Boone, Marilyn McCoo & Billy Davis Jr. and many others.

Teresa has worked with well known secular artists such as Stevie Wonder, Kirk Whalum, Billy Preston, Michael Bolton and Paul Jackson.

With a varied style from Gospel, jazz, or a contemporary pop sound, Teresa’s music appeals to young and old. She is versatile because she feels just as much at home while performing concerts or leading praise and worship for small groups or large conferences of thousands.

At present, Teresa is the Worship Pastor at the Rock Church of Temecula Valley. She is the owner of Sundae Music Group, an independent record label and Mama T’s Phat Shack recording studio. She has produced CDs for artists signed to her label and also other independent artists. Teresa also has five albums of her own, a new children’s Christmas musical that was released last year and is working on a CD of original praise and worship songs with her Rock Church Band.
