Tammy Wilson, MFT Oak Grove CEO

Tammy has lived in Temecula, working at Oak Grove since 1991. Tammy became the CEO in 2005. She has served on various boards and committees focused on community, youth, intervention, drug abuse prevention and the arts. She is involved in Rotary and a variety of service projects including literacy, autism and education. She collaborates with other nonprofits and speaks on topics related to youth and parenting. She has been involved in advocacy efforts for foster youth. Tammy values the spirit of volunteerism finding merit in the Rotary motto of “service above self”. Tammy works to instill this value in the youth at Oak Grove since as they learn to “give back” they become less focused on their problems and learn the joy of giving. Tammy provides leadership to over 260 employees taking pride in working to create a team of professionals who help troubled kids “rebuild their lives through relationships”. Tammy and Stacey Dove Daniels implemented an Arts Program at Oak Grove several years ago. This program has grown to now include a Performance Team under the direction of Gwyn Sanborn, a Drumestra led by Clark Edmond and a Rock Band led by Lee Nelson.
